The short version

Firetruck Rescue does not collect, store or share any personal information. There are no ads, no accounts, no in-app purchases, no analytics and no tracking.

What the game saves

The game saves your progress (coins, upgrades, trucks and truck looks, stickers, stars, rank, the towns played, the next shift, and settings) only on this device, so you can keep playing later. This information never leaves the device. Deleting the app (or clearing the browser data for the web version) removes it. Parents can also erase it with "Reset progress" in the Parents area.

Internet

The game works fully offline. It does not send anything over the internet. The web version is downloaded from firetruckrescue.com, which is hosted by Netlify; Netlify may keep standard server logs as described in its own privacy policy. The App Store and Google Play versions download nothing.

Children

The game is made for children ages 5 to 9. Because it collects no personal information at all, it is designed to meet the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU/UK GDPR, and Apple’s and Google’s rules for kids’ apps. There are no links that leave the app and nothing to buy.

Permissions

The app does not ask for any permissions: no camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos.

Changes and contact
